Our legal basis for processing personal data depends on the user’s consent. The personal data processed shall be kept for 12 months.
- Publicity and Newsletter: Users can sign up for the subscriptions that GESEM sends out to keep up-to-date with the latest laws, news and articles that might be of interest to our professionals. The legal basis for processing this data is the consent of the interested party and the data shall be kept for as long as the user is registered in our advertising /newsletter mailing list system.

Users can exercise their rights to access, rectify, cancel, oppose, remove, restrict the processing and transfer the data by getting in touch with GESEM via email to email@example.com, or by post to the address C/ Arquitecto Santiago Pérez Aracil, number 1, 03203 Elche (Alicante).
Users are also entitled to withdraw their consent to process their own personal data and exercise their rights by filing a complaint at the supervisory unit.
If any changes are made GESEM promises to notify its clients about these modifications and/or updates.
