On the 27^th of August, 2020, a report was issued by the Directorate General for Employment, Well-being and  Safety at Work of the Generalitat Valenciana, about the possible situations and solutions that might arise for working parents with children  who have been confined or are in quarantine at home due to COVID19.

This report has taken into consideration general situations, however, each specific case would have to be studied separately along with the specific regulations that might arise from the applicable Collective Agreements or the company agreements that have been reached or that can be reached.
